About Damarys “Dee” Sepulveda

Great patient care starts with a great team, and Damarys “Dee” Sepulveda has spent more than two decades helping build that team at Orange County Foot & Ankle Group.

As Practice Administrator and Human Resources Director, Dee plays an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly, supporting its physicians and staff, and creating an environment where patients feel welcome and well cared for.

With more than 25 years of experience in business, finance, and human resources across corporate and healthcare settings, Dee brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Since joining Orange County Foot & Ankle Group in 2003, she has helped guide the practice's growth to four locations while maintaining a strong focus on the people who make it all possible.

For Dee, leadership is about more than managing operations. It's about building relationships, developing confident teams, and making sure every employee feels valued, heard, and supported. She especially enjoys mentoring staff members and watching them grow in their careers.

That commitment to people extends to the patient experience. Dee understands that when a team feels supported and works well together, patients benefit from a more welcoming, organized, and positive environment.

Outside the office, Dee enjoys traveling, baking, crafting, exercising, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. Whether she's exploring somewhere new or sharing something homemade, she loves bringing people together and creating lasting memories.
