When you visit Orange County Foot & Ankle Group's Fullerton office, Susan Ramos is one of the people working behind the scenes to make sure your experience is a positive one.

Born and raised in Orange County, Susan has been part of the Orange County Foot & Ankle Group family since 2006. She began her career at the front desk, where she developed a firsthand understanding of what matters most to patients: feeling welcomed, listened to, and cared for.

Over the years, her dedication to patients, colleagues, and the practice helped her grow into her current role as Supervisor of the Fullerton location.

Today, Susan helps keep the office running smoothly while supporting and mentoring the team that patients interact with every day. She believes exceptional service doesn't have to be complicated. It starts with kindness, patience, and taking the time to understand each person's needs.

For Susan, a successful day isn't just about keeping the schedule on track. It's about helping patients feel comfortable, making their visits easier, and creating an atmosphere where people know they're in good hands.

Her compassion, strong work ethic, and commitment to meaningful relationships are reflected in the way she approaches both patient care and team leadership.

Outside the office, Susan enjoys spending time outdoors, appreciating nature, and cooking. At home, she shares her days with two much-loved cats: Kita, a sweet calico, and Panchito, a spirited Siamese who keep life entertaining.
