Foot & Ankle Problems

To Avoid the Woes of Toes:

  • feetTrim toenails straight across, slightly longer than end of toes. Do not round off corners; this can be the cause of ingrown toenails.
  • Clip nails with toenail clippers.
  • After clipping smooth nails with file or emery board.
  • Wear only properly fitted shoes, not short or narrow ones.
  • Wash feet regularly, especially between toes, and dry thoroughly.
  • Wear hosiery that is not constrictive.
